Last week, we had the honour of receiving the visit of a Welsh teacher, Simon Oram, in our school.
Mr Oram could observe some activities carried out in our English classes. He also told us some stories about Wales and his school, Llantilio Pertholey School, in Abergavenny.
During that week, our pupils had the chance of using the English language to communicate in a very motivating and real context. They learned some words in Welsh, too.
We hope we can repeat this enriching experience for both teachers and pupils.
